Basic: Deals 120% ATK DMG to a single target.
Ultimate: Increases ATK of all allies by 30% (cannot be dispelled).
Deals 5-hit 4500% ATK [Specialized Direct DMG] to all enemies in a row, affected only by advanced DMG reduction. Ignores 45% [Specialized Evasion] and [Non-Crit DMG Reduction], and penetrates [Unyielding] and [Specialized Unyielding].
Permanently grants [Extreme Speed-Up] to allies outside Homeless Emperor's row.
Passive: At the start of battle, permanently gains 80% [Specialized Non-Crit DMG Reduction].
Upon entering battle, permanently inflicts [Energy Erosion] on all enemies (cannot be dispelled).
At the start of combat and after any character takes action, removes all [Specialized Speed-Up] and normal [Speed-Up] effects from all enemies.
Awakened Passive: Immune to [Charm] and [Specialized Charm].
Upon entering battle, gains 60% [Extreme Speed-Up] for the first 3 turns.
For the first 3 turns, allies with [Extreme Speed-Up] gain [Destructive Momentum: Assault] and [Destructive Momentum: Defense].
During the first 3 turns, when allies with [Extreme Speed-Up] use skills, their Energy consumption is reduced by 1.
Ultra-Ultimate:
Row Specialized Direct DMG 4500% > 6000%
Ignores Specialized Evasion and NCDF 45% > 60%
Extreme Passive:
Specialized NCDF 80% > 85%
5P Passive:
Specialized NCDF 85% > 90%
Awakened 2:
Extreme Speed-Up 60% > 68%
Homeless Emperor is a pretty different release compared to the recent UR+ DPS units. His biggest value is clearly speed control — giving your team Extreme Speed-Up while constantly stripping normal/Specialized Speed-Up from the enemy side. The first 3 turns also become much easier to manage because Extreme Speed-Up allies get both offensive/defensive momentum buffs and reduced Energy costs.
He looks much more like a tempo/support unit than a pure carry, so how valuable he is will depend heavily on how important Extreme Speed-Up becomes in the next few releases.
