Cloud Tower Plan

Cloud Tower Plan is a tower climbing mode that resets every 2 weeks. It is where you get the materials for your Assembly Cards, so if you are planning to work on those, this is the mode to be doing.
Note: As this is new content, the information below may be incomplete, and the page will continue to be updated as and when new information is available.

TLDR:

The tower is split into the Bottom Floor and the Top Floor, and it resets every 2 weeks
Bottom Floor needs 2 teams and has no attempt limit, so just keep pushing until you clear it
Clearing the Bottom Floor unlocks the Top Floor, which needs 3 teams and only lets you fail once per day
Every stage gives Assembly Card materials and Cloud Tower Coins, and each reward can only be claimed once per reset
Spend your Cloud Tower Coins in the Exchange Store. The store refreshes every Monday at 5 a.m., but your coins do not get cleared

How It Works

Each season of the Cloud Tower Plan runs for 2 weeks. The challenge time is shown at the top of the screen (the season in the screenshots ran from 21 September 5:00 to 5 October 0:00). When the season ends, the tower resets and you get to climb it all over again.

Clearing stages gives you Cloud Tower Coins, which you can spend in the Exchange Store. Stage rewards can only be claimed once, and clearing the current stage unlocks the next one, so you have to go up in order.

Bottom Floor

The Bottom Floor is the basic version of the tower. You need to deploy 2 teams of characters for each stage. There is no limit to the number of attempts, so if you get stuck on a stage you can swap your line-up and try again as many times as you want. Nothing is lost by failing.

You need to clear all the Bottom Floor stages to unlock the Top Floor, so make this your first priority every season.

Top Floor

The Top Floor is the harder version, and it needs 3 teams of characters for each stage. In return, the rewards are a lot better than the Bottom Floor.

You are only allowed 1 failure per day, which you can see as the "Failure chance" counter at the top (1/1). Once you are defeated, you have to wait until the next day to challenge again, or you can spend gems to buy extra attempts using the + button. Any extra attempts you buy will reset the next day, so only buy them if you are going to use them on the same day.

Since you only get one mistake a day, I would take your time here. Check your teams before you hit Challenge, instead of just spamming it like you can on the Bottom Floor.

Exchange Store

Your Cloud Tower Coins are spent in the Exchange Store (top left of the screen). It mainly sells Assembly Cards, Linkers and the materials to upgrade them. Every item has a weekly purchase limit, and the store resets every Monday at 5 a.m. Your Cloud Tower Coins are not cleared when it resets, so you can save them up.

The materials only cost 1 coin each, so if you are short on materials, the store is a cheap way to top up. The Orange Cloud Ring and Cloud Star cards are only 500 coins each, so those are worth grabbing every week if you are building your Assembly Card board.

Tips

Clear the Bottom Floor first, as early in the season as you can. It has no attempt limit, and it is the only way to unlock the Top Floor
Use your one free failure on the Top Floor wisely. If you lose, wait for the next day instead of buying extra attempts, unless you really need to finish before the season ends
If you do buy extra attempts, use them on the same day, as they reset the next day
Don't forget to spend your coins every week. The store limits reset every Monday, but the coins themselves are kept, so there is no need to rush and waste them on things you don't need
