DISCLAIMER: This guide is more for F2P players with limited BTs. Going forward, I will give insights on why the unit is good or bad, so that you can make your own informed decision. Due to everyone’s own unique line-up, BT count, situation, new units and constantly changing meta, the choice is yours to make!
- All the UR/SSR+s are strong in their own way. It’s a matter of which one you have to prioritize as an F2P
- UR/SSR+ pull Guide here!
- As an F2P, it is too expensive to Awaken Passive 2 any SSR+/UR, I would recommend you pull multiple good SSR+/UR units than to AWK2 one SSR+/UR. However, it depends on your situation and if a particular unit is very good, so if you want to please go ahead. Do note you can continue doing so on the comeback banner if not enough BT (although not as ideal).

SO WHY UR Fubuki?
Pros:
- Main highlight is her ability to disable follow-ups of the enemy team. This includes Follow ups, Continuous Follow-ups, Joint Follow-ups, and Ultimate Follow-ups. Meaning units like FF and KING have their value reduced
- Very strong AOE DoT DPS, especially with A2
Cons:
- More of a PVP unit to disable follow-ups
- Deals less damage as fewer enemies remain
- Due to the above, he is not good for bossing since there is only 1 unit
- Requires Crit gear if you want to build him for maximum DPS
- Needs +Hit% on gear
- Requires A2 for best performance
- Need to save BT for upcoming units (DK, CK..)
FINAL THOUGHTS
Honestly a very good unit, she marks the ‘end’ of FF and KING era in the PVP scene.
If you are a whale or competitive in PVP, then you definitely want to get her for the Locked On follow up disable. Do note that A2 is almost required (almost doubles total damage).
Also, the Locked On is only applied after Fubuki ults. So you still need to play the speed game (use a speedster) to make her ult first. If enemy goes first, they will still do all their follow-ups.
If you are a casual then I feel it’s not really needed, as she does not really help much in bossing or PVE. There are other sources of AOE DPS for PVE, and she does not bring much in bossing/HxM etc.
And even better, when everyone has Fubuki in the line-up, nobody will use FF anymore. If nobody is using FF in their main line-up, then you don’t even need your own Fubuki to counter them… Just saying. Of course, this is at the highest levels of PVP but you will still probably get one-shot by their whale Fubuki anyways.
For casuals I would suggest maybe saving up for DK and CK, those would bring you more value in the long term, especially for PVE/HxM.
Again, the above thoughts are of my own opinion, please look at your own line-up, assess and make your own decisions.
WHAT ABOUT KS?
Yes if pulling her.
