TT is back again for the 3rd time I believe. She’s on her way out the door so only pull her for reasons like Figurine or you want to complete your SSR collection if you still don’t have her. Definitely don’t pull her for the shards because ATT is coming soon! In summary, most players should skip this banner.
For Day1 players – Should be easy skip for you. Only pull if you still don’t have her yet for some reason (for figurine and collection). At this stage of the game, you should already have most of the SSRs, so it’s a matter of who do you want to spend your elite tickets on to complete your collection.
For new server players – She is a great addition to the team if you have ZBM/Gyoro, and a great Esper filler until you get better LSSRs. Even with CE core she can be good, you can invest in her until ATT comes out and then reverse her. This is assuming you literally just started recently and are still ‘collecting’ SSRs to form your line-up and maybe don’t even have a good core unit yet, so rate-ups are the best time to use the tickets since you also can get other important SSRs that you may need (eg CE, DSK, CK etc). (Not advisable to save to 180 tickets before pulling when starting out esp when you don’t have the core units yet, will struggle in content so better to gamble. This is just MY opinion)
